Փետրվարի 15-ից դեղագործական ընկերություններն այլևս չեն կարողանա դեղերը վաճառել նշված գնից բարձր գնով։

Ինչպես նշված է կառավարության ֆեյսբուքյան էջում, առաջին փուլում 1300-ից ավելի խրոնիկական և ուռուցքաբանական դեղամիջոցների համար ուղեցույց է սահմանվել։ Այն աստիճանաբար որոշվում է նաև այլ դեղամիջոցների վրա։

Դեղորայքի համար որոշվող հղման գինը տարբերվում է օրիգինալ և դրա անալոգային գեներիկայի համար, ինչը կապահովի միջազգային ապրանքանիշերի հետաքրքրությունը շուկայի նկատմամբ։

Առավելագույն սահմանային գները սահմանվել են մեծածախ և մանրածախ վաճառքի մակարդակով։
